Forces and Motion

During this dynamic, interactive STEAM Tour, students discover a variety of forces and motion. Learn how to defy gravity, shoot rockets and cannons, and race objects of differing masses to explore Newton's Law of Motion and Gravity. Forces and Motion includes a 30-minute demonstration.

Presentation Information

• Designed for students in upper elementary
• STEAM Tours are aligned with the Tennessee, Georgia and Next Generation Science Standards
• STEAM Tours include a 30-minute demonstration, a 30-minute lab experience and 1-hour in our newly renovated science and art exhibits
• The Science Theater seats 100 people
• All groups must be accompanied by a parent, teacher or adult leader

Pricing Structure

• $6.50 per student for groups of 30 or more
• No additional adults can be accommodated
